Algotrend (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Signaly mobile application (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using Signaly, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Personal Information: When you register for an account, we may collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (including information from Google or Apple Sign-In if you choose these options).

Device Information: We automatically collect device-specific information such as device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the App, including features used, signals viewed, notification preferences, and timestamps of activity.

Push Notification Tokens: If you enable push notifications, we collect your device token to send you trading alerts and updates.

Payment Information: Payment transactions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not directly collect or store your credit card or payment details.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features
  • Send you trading signals, alerts, and notifications
  • Process your subscription and manage your account
  • Improve and personalize your experience

When personal data is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

Service Providers: Third-party companies that help us operate the App, including cloud hosting providers, analytics services, and push notification services (such as Firebase Cloud Messaging).

  • Firebase (Google): For authentication, push notifications, and analytics
  • Supabase: For database and backend services
  • RevenueCat: For subscription management
  • Apple App Store / Google Play Store: For payment processing

**Account Deletion**: You can delete your account and all associated personal data directly through the Signaly mobile app. To delete your account:

  1.  Log in to your Signaly account
  2. Navigate to your Profile page
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page
  4. Tap the “Delete Account” button
  5. Follow the confirmation prompts to complete the deletion.

Please note that account deletion is permanent and will remove all your personal data from our systems. This action cannot be undone.

10. GDPR Rights (European Economic Area, UK, and Switzerland)

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

Right to Access: You have the right to request access to your personal data and obtain a copy of the information we process about you.

Right to Rectification: You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

Right to Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”): You have the right to request deletion of your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or when you withdraw consent.

Right to Restriction of Processing: You have the right to request restriction of processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.

11. KVKK Rights (Turkey)

If you are located in Turkey, you have rights under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu – KVKK):

Veri Sorumlusu (Data Controller): Algotrend, kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesinden sorumlu veri sorumlusudur.

KVKK’nın 11. maddesi kapsamında aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:

a) Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme hakkı

b) Kişisel verileriniz işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme hakkı

c) Kişisel verilerinizin işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme hakkı

d) Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında kişisel verilerinizin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme hakkı

e) Kişisel verilerinizin eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması hâlinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme hakkı

g) Düzeltme, silme veya yok etme işlemlerinin kişisel verilerinizin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme hakkı

h) İşlenen verilerinizin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme hakkı

i) Kişisel verilerinizin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme hakkı

Açık Rıza: Kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesi için gerekli durumlarda açık rızanız alınacaktır. Açık rızanızı istediğiniz zaman geri çekme hakkına sahipsiniz.

Başvuru: KVKK kapsamındaki haklarınızı kullanmak için kvkk@algotrend.com adresine yazılı olarak veya Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu tarafından belirlenen diğer yöntemlerle başvurabilirsiniz. Başvurularınız en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırılacaktır.

Şikayet Hakkı: Taleplerinizin reddedilmesi, verilen cevabın yetersiz bulunması veya süresinde cevap verilmemesi hallerinde Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu’na şikayette bulunma hakkınız bulunmaktadır.

12. Push Notifications

You can opt out of receiving push notifications by adjusting your device settings or notification preferences within the App. Please note that disabling notifications may affect your ability to receive timely trading alerts.

13. Children’s Privacy

Signaly is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information promptly.

14. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to such countries. For transfers from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. For transfers from Turkey, we comply with the requirements set forth by the Personal Data Protection Board.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the “Last modified” date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
