Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Signaly mobile application (“App”) and related services (“Services”) provided by Algotrend (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
Description of Services
Signaly is an AI-powered trading signals application that provides price action analysis, technical indicators, support/resistance zone alerts, and trading signals for US stock markets. The App analyzes market data using artificial intelligence and algorithmic methods to generate trading insights and notifications.

NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE: The information provided through Signaly is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing contained in the App constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. You should not make any investment decision based solely on the signals or information provided by the App.
NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS: Past performance is not indicative of future results. Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge that you could lose some or all of your invested capital. We do not guarantee any specific results or profits.
INDEPENDENT DECISION: You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
User Eligibility
To use Signaly, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
Account Registration
You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the App. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Subscription and Payments
Certain features of Signaly may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be clearly displayed before purchase. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and their respective terms and refund policies apply. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, algorithms, software, designs, graphics, trademarks, and other intellectual property in the App are owned by Algotrend or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without prior written consent.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (c) share, redistribute, or resell the signals or content from the App; (d) use automated systems or bots to access the App; (e) interfere with the proper functioning of the App; (f) impersonate any person or entity; (g) use the App to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent activities.
Data and Privacy
Your use of Signaly is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Services
The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services, including market data providers, payment processors, and analytics services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous availability of the App but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALGOTREND AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR ANY TRADING DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE APP.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Algotrend and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
